We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here's how we handle refunds:

Refund Eligibility:

You are eligible for a refund only if:

  • You request it within 7 days of your purchase.

  • You have not consumed more than 15% of the course content.

  • You have not downloaded any course materials (PDFs, videos, tools, etc).

No refunds will be granted if you’ve accessed a significant portion of the course or completed the modules.

Non-Refundable Situations:

We do not provide refunds under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind after access to the course.

  • Purchase made under discount or promotional offer.

  • Issues due to not meeting basic tech requirements (like device/browser compatibility).

How to Request a Refund:

  • Transaction ID

  • Reason for the refund

We’ll process your request within 3–5 business days after reviewing eligibility.
